Osprey-Style Modular Silencer
Square-shaped silencers are cool, no doubt. This particular one takes inspiration from it's real-life counterpart, but with a twist.
The construction is modular, remove the screws and add/remove segments as you please! It will come fully pre-assembled.
The design also features baffle chambers which will actively reduce the volume and sound profile of any gasses coming out of the barrel. See the last image in the gallery. Keep in mind the effect may be limited depending on the mechanism of the airsoft weapon you own, hence the use of the word 'mock'.
Choose from 'Standard' Length (188mm), 'Short' Length (127mm), or 'Mini' Length (67mm).
Standard comes with 1x base segment and 2x modular segments, while 'short' comes with 1x base segment 1x modular, while 'mini' is just the base segment.
Select between CCW and CW when ordering. Only supports 14mm threads. Please ensure your barrel is threaded before buying.
Usage
To attach:
- Screw the thread adapter onto the thread at the end of the barrel of your gun. Be careful not to tighten it too fiercely as plastic threads can split from too much tension.
- Insert the silencer's end-cap onto the thread adapter at an orientation of your choice. It should be flush with the adapter when fully on.
- Either unscrew the silencer with the adapter (or keep it attached and flip your gun over instead) and insert and tighten the 16mm bolt into the hole on the underside of the end-cap segment. It should sit around 1mm beneath the surface of the silencer.
To remove:
Simply unscrew the silencer.
